"Great taste of India "

The food was excellent. We had for starters: Veg Samosa and King Prawn Puri and for main course Chicken Royal Bengal and Murgh Sagorame. Food was delicious, tasty. Service very professional staff very friendly. We would highly recommend and we definitely come back again.

Mediocre

The food here is somewhat authentic. The curries are nice but taste like there missing something. The chips are horrible but the naan breads are excellent. They sometimes forget stuff in takeaway orders too which is kind of annoying. The place is okay but could...be alot nicer 🤔More

Nice

Very friendly staff. The food was really tasty. They reccommended a lovely chicken biryani and it was excellent. We just had a take away but enjoyed it

Great food and fantastic service

Great food and fantastic service. Very nice people. We brought my parents here for dinner and they were also impressed. Will be back again.

It is a traditional Indian restaurant and take away. Come with family and friends. Murgh sagrana very famous dish in this restaurant

Delicious food!

Good quality Indian food, but the two chilli dishes were a little spicy for me! Service also excellent. BYOB is allowed.

Take away

Ordered a take away for a family get together. Large variety of dishes ordered. Very tasty, really good curry. A little on the expensive side for a take away in my opinion but good food.

affordable and good

decent food and nice service at a great price. I had the chicken madras and special rice. I have had better madras, but excellent rice and OK vegetable starter plate

Gem of an Indian restaurant with the best food I have tasted

This place is excellent for eat in or takeaway. The food is superb, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is arguably the best Indian restaurant in the county and could hold it's own with any in the country.

Very authentic

Very authentic Indian curry and reasonable prices. Very friendly service. and 20% discount for loyalty card members. 10% discount for tourists.

Great food

I had a takeaway from here and it was the really good. Sauces were tasty and cooked to our preferred spice request. All the meats were tender and juicy. The portions were large with plenty of meat in them. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely rubbish.

We ordered take away for saturday "movie night". Every dish tasted nearly the same. Tikka masala way too sweet, lamb wasnt tender. The only edible items where poppadoms and naan breads. Will never be back again.

Average meal

After reading the reviews on this place I expected an amazing meal. That's not what we got! Sauces were bland and tasted the same even though we ordered different dishes. I LOVE indian but I was very disappointed with this place. Service was good and...staff were attentive and friendlyMore

Best Indian in Kildare

Chicken tikka masala and Bengal chicken is very authentic should try again nice and friendly staff and 15% discount when dining

Really Good

Recently moved to Athy, was hoping there was a good Indian nearby and New Moon didn't disappoint. We ordered in. The food was fresh, nice and clean (wasn't greasy), and the flavours were amazing. You could tell the chef put a lot of work in,...to prep the chicken alone as it was visible that it had been nicely marinated. The chips were really good also, nice touch adding spices to them! Will be ordering again soon.More
