I’m 48 years old and this is the worst food I’ve tasted in my life. I rang the restaurant before I arrived and asked if there was any vegan options. The guy on the phone said yes we have vegan options. So I’ve arrived, feeling...excited about having a lovely meal. I asked a guy about the vegan options and he had a glazed over reaction to my simple question. He came back after a few minutes and told me that my option was falafel without the bun. I asked what does it come with. He looked puzzled, maybe people think Vegans don’t eat much who knows. I asked maybe you can serve me chips with this amazing big meal of falafel. He looked puzzled once more and said ok. 30 mins later my food (joke) arrived and it was sad looking. I wouldn’t feed this food my dog(don’t even have a dog) 1.chips,no seasoning, just plain white frozen chips from some cheap low cost supermarket. 2. Falafel from a frozen packet from a low cost supermarket 3. One tomato 3 pieces of onion and a rotten piece lettuce with no seasoning. Please send the chef to a cooking course.More

No words to describe this place! All I can say is the food is amazing. The service is even better. And If you still have some room left in your stomach after some amazing ale and grub. Their homemade deserts are a perfect night cap!

Very surprising; an excellent restaurant on a tiny rock. I had lamb stew. The only way it could have been better would have been to use beef. Big portion, too. My wife had fish and chips. The fish was breaded, not battered, and fried beautifully,...with no excess oil clinging to it. The desserts were excellent, and the service was courteous. They use proper beer gas, not CO2, in their stout, so it's sweet and creamy.More
