Last minute meal out with no reservation but we were offered a good table without a problem. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

On a day trip to Dalkey we were amazed at the amount of eateries in this small town. We asked a local shop owner for a recommendation and she suggested the Queens. We struck gold....beautiful old building with big open fires and great decor. We were served by a lovely local girl who catered to our fussy diets and was genuinely... More

Bangers and mash is lovely (on specials menu) two very big sausages and a lovely sauce to accompany, I ordered the fresh fries which were very nice. Ice cream isnt good, tastes like the cheapest quality of ice cream going, couldn't eat it (And I adore ice cream) ambiance in the evening was very pleasant, warm, gentle lighting makes for... More

Visited with my wife and 8 year old daughter on a Thursday evening. Hadn't booked but went on the recommendation of local taxi driver. Nice decor and quite a vibrant atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming waiter. Good menu selection - chowder very tasty, crab a little less so. Good kids menu. Mussels for main very fresh with good flavour and... More

We went to the pub on Saturday night, knowing that it would be busy due to the match. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. We got a table straight away. Can't fault the service even if I wanted to -literally love it.❤ Food was served quicker than we expected on such a busy night. The 2... More

Very pleasant for lunch. Good menu. Food hot, fresh, service good and friendly, lovely setting in historic Dalkey. Downside - avoid the coffee!

4 of us had an outstanding meal here on Saturday night - it was soooo good we went back on Sunday night. Everything about this place was truly superb - but there is also one massive outstanding shining light and that's the server named GEORGE - 100/100 for professionalism - the place is too bright and not cozy - turn... I have been in this pub several times. Back then when I played for the Dalkey Devils it was our meet up after some matches. It is very local and always packed. They also have a separate restaurant area. Coming here with a big group we got a bit unlucky to sit right next to the kitchen. First of all... More

Nice little place this although it's not actually that little. They way it's laid however gives a sense of privacy between the tables - it's part pub part restaurant but much more than a "Gastro-pub". We had a nice lunch here two adults and two kids for under 50 euro albeit without any alcohol. The only disappointment (for me anyway)... More
