We stopped in on our way out of town and we're pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! The food was good, cooked just as we'd requested and delivered to us in just a short amount of time! Our waitress, Jessica, was warm, accommodating and was quick with the one liners and left us with a cute joke we'll share with the... More

Flapjacks was located near our hotel, so we went there for breakfast. The food was very good (& 3 out of 4 of us weren't able to finish our portions). The staff was friendly, & the price was very reasonable (for our family of 4, the bill was $42). I will eat here again!

Not too busy mid morning. As always friendly southern hospitality. Food was hot and tasty. Average portions. $50 with tip for 4 people with water. Would recommend. Only open until 1pm.

This Flapjacks is just off the interstate on the way to Pigeon Forge. No crowds here and what you get is a hot breakfast. Most of the breakfasts here come with a side of pancakes, but you can request no pancakes. But its not all pancakes, as many egg items, waffles, french toast, biscuits and gravy and other items are... More

We have tried this place a couple times mainly due to the Flapjacks in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville having very long wait times. This location is excellent and you can normally get seated a lot faster than the others.

The food was delicious!! You get a huge amount of food and the price isn't bad for the amount of food you receive.

Whether you want pancakes or some kind of eggs without all that fattening stuff. Just good old time type of breakfast, at reasonable cost.

We've been wanting to try this place. Came in and it was moderately busy. Our server never introduced herself and was short with us right off the bat. We asked for extra butter, which she forgot (finally got it halfway through the meal). I needed to wash my hands and went up to the counter to ask where the restroom... More

We stayed at the Days Inn next door and saw a discount coupon for the 'Cabin' and elected to have breakfast there. The atmosphere, service and food fare was exceptional in all regards. Our waitress, Jessica' was cordial, friendly and wonderfully attentive. Would highly recommend dining at Flapjacks Pancake Cabin in Kodak, TN.---you will not be disappointed.
