I realize that this is a chain restaurant, but if you want Southern food at its best, this is a good choice. The Knoxville Tupelo is very busy so you might have to wait. We had good wine and the buttermilk fried chicken. There was a nice choice of sides and I have the pepper cole slaw and the hominy... More

TH downtown is definitely space confined... but has amazing ambiance! Downtown feeling. The food is all you expect from TH plus some. You may have to wait for a table but with the location, you can wonder around and shop or listen to some amazing street musicians. Downtown Asheville location is Definitely my favorite.

What a cool place on market square. Amazing people work here and be prepared to wait because they are busy, busy. Other patrons indicated worth the wait and they are right.

We have eaten here twice & can't wait to visit again. The biscuits are great. I got brunch the first time-pancakes & delicious bacon. My husband got a burger. Everything we have had here is great!

I came here with a friend for lunch recently. First time here. We sat outside which was great for watching people walk by during their lunch hour. The interior was decorated in a semi-funky eclectic style which was not overdone. I got 2 sides instead of a normal "lunch" menu. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. Broiled to perfection. The fried... More

I was tasked with putting together a bridal lunch for a group of 11 women as they were getting their hair and makeup done the day of the wedding. The kicker was that I was from out of town. I was familiar with Tupelo Honey from some of their other markets and thought they would be perfect. Boy, was I... More

We ate here for supper. We all tried the fried chicken & it was great. They brought us all out a biscuit with blueberry jam which was delicious. But I'm a honey lover so I preferred the delicious honey. We enjoyed the atmosphere & music outside. The macaroni & cheese was great as was the Brussel sprouts, turnip greens &... More

Our Southern dishes & libations are served with a creative twist & a smile. When we play with our food (& we think it's okay), the result is scrumptious. We're rooted in the Mountain South, & our menu is inspired by time-honored traditions: pickling & frying, canning & preserving, & utilizing seasonal produce and ingredients to prepare delicious, scratch-made creations.
