I gave it a try the buffet it was okay but to greasy plus they didn't rotae the food that had been out there under the lights. For the money I would go to Habachi grill in Johnson City around from Target.

If you haven't been to Sahib for the lunch buffet, you are missing out. They have a wide variety of vegetables, salad and chicken dishes. There's even some desserts to please your sweet tooth. All of this in a very pleasant atmosphere with great service....More
Had dinner here Friday night around 6 pm. They were busy but the food came out fast and was delicious. Our server stayed on top of water and checking on us every 10 minutes or so. Vic, the owner, was by the table to speak...More
Great find! We enjoy having a curry, and were excited to see that Johnson City had an Indian restaurant. Great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. The tandoori salmon was exquisite, and the korma top notch. We recommend without reservation.
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good meal. The dinners are delicious, and made to perfection. The staff has always been friendly, and they always encourage us to try new dinners while there. A truly authentic Indian restaurant.

Food is pretty good for a buffet. Wait staff is not all it should be. Very neglectful, I don't think anyone ever came to our table to see if we needed anything. I have also attempted to call several times to ask about having them...More
My wife and I have been coming here regularly - and at their previous location. It has always been excellent - food and service. Very reminiscent of the best British/Indian restaurants!

Spring is Curry time! They have fabulous Sag paneer. We love the Lamb Masala, Coconut Naan - we get it without the nuts and raisins. The onion chutney is absolutely the best! The brunch is great too!
