Had dinner on a Friday night after the major rush dining was over. Several large tables and small ones remained enjoying time together so there was no rush to push them out. My service was fine, the food was good (but 'cue snob that I am, not exceptional) and the prices reasonable.

Friendly comfortable gooodservice hot food that's delicious. The restaurant has been around for years making it worth looking for its location close to ETSU.

I loved their pulled pork sandwich, fries and BBQ baked beans. They have two sauces one tomato base and the other a vinegar base. Everything was top notch. I also tried my friends slow smoked chicken sandwich with a white BBQ sauce that was very moist and delicious. My friends and I were there for lunch and the service was... More

We really enjoy going to Firehouse for dinner, that's become our favorite place to go for a date. I always get the Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich. My only complaint is that they charge extra if you need any sauces so be ready to see it on the bill. Really don't like that part.

If you like BBQ this is a good place to go. People from my work like to eat there often. I am not much on BBQ but they do have other things.

I have eaten at The Firehouse more times than I can count over the years, but this is the first time I have written a review of the great restaurant. Great restaurant for families. Our son loved the firetruck and decorations. The BBQ was good, but the sides stole the show. We will be back for sure.

Having just moved to Johnson City, we are determined to try every restaurant in town, and there are a lot of good ones. The Firehouse is the one we got the most recommendations for. It is everything that was expected. We will go back to that one.

My husband and I arrived around 4:30 for an early dinner before church services on a Wednesday night. We both ordered an appetizer; fried pickles for me, chips and salsa for him. We enjoyed them very much. There was a $1 charge for an extra basket of chips when my husband requested it. Salsa didn't come with those chips but... More
