Taco salad had plenty of ground beef--it was just badly seasoned and overpriced. I expect to pass through Jackson many times over the next few years but will not stop here again.

Well that not what they call it but it is fantastic. Big enough to split or take part home. The seafood chimicanga had good flavor but too much rice.

We have recently visited Coyote Blues a number of times as a couple and have thoroughly enjoyed their fantastic food and great staff. Each server we've encountered has given us the distinct feeling that we are valued and appreciated. We also like sharing with a locally owned, well-run restaurant.

The food is good and fresh. I prefer the bar area to the restaurant part, but both are nice. Great place to watch sports and if you like Bloody Mary's and Mimosas this is the place to go on Saturday from 11 to 2 they are on special and they are good!

We went there for lunch today. We ordered cheese dip as an appetizer and never received it. The waitress did not offer us refills on our drinks until after the check was paid even though there were empty glasses. The food was good as usual. The server just could have been better. Usually don't have that problem.

Quick dinner while passing thru. Seated quickly but it took at least 5 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Guacamole was ok but not make tableside or fresh when you ordered it. Ahi tacos were good. Cooked rare as ordered.

I have only been to this restaurant once. I had shrimp tacos. They were okay, but I will get something different next time I go. I also was not a fan of the queso. It was a different kind of cheese than most Mexican restaurants. I will probably try the guacamole next time instead! I wasn't overly impressed with my... More

My husband and I were traveling back from vacationing in Gatlinburg and decided to stop here for lunch. Excellent food and service! I had the beef taco salad and he had the spinach salad with shrimp. We would definitely stop there again if passing through Jackson, TN!

Thank Wendy M
