We visit this restaurant often for lunch. When it is busy, service can be slow but the food is consistently good and prices are reasonable. They have a very inexpensive children's menu!

Got a 4cheese griller after getting off work. I hadnt had something from Mc Alisters since being in Oklahoma in April of this year. So I was in the mood to get some in Tenn. They honored most of the simple exclustions I asked for in taking off the tomato slices. The griller was mostly good. But I just wish... More

Great Spud Max half and chicken salad half. Except today they were leaving off the black olives and green onions for some reason. Love the choices of salads, sandwiches or soup. Good selection of sides. Top your meal off with oatmeal rasin cookie and a glass of their famous sweet tea and you have a perfect afternoon.

I speak out against chain restaurants all the time. The conformity of food is that of blandness and mediocrity. If you spice too much or take the quality road, you lose all the low to medium range customer. Some chains don't care and won't compromise. They got to be popular by being that good and they're keeping to their formula.... More

Stopped into McAlister's after the gym one afternoon; there was a good selection of sandwiches, salads, and potatoes on the menu. The French Dip was excellent, just the right size, and the pickle was fresh. I'll be back for more lunches!

Another great deli in Cool Springs. Offers some pasta choices as well, so it's a great place to go if someone in your group wants something other than typical deli choices. The sweet tea is absolutely delicious, best of any restaurant.

The staff is friendly. The food is good and consistent with other McAllister's however I'm disappointed with the service and inaccuracy of my order. We ordered via phone and took the food to go. After we opened up the food, we realized we were missing the rotel cheese for the order of ultimate nachos. It's hard to have nachos with... More

Stopped here for lunch while working in the area. We wanted something small, so we came here for the 1/2 sandwich and soup. I had the 1/2 BLT and Chicken noodle. It was good, but not great.

McAlisters has good sandwiches and soup. Service is reasonable and prices are decent. Check your order and make sure you get what you paid for.

Went for a late dinner (8:20 pm) with the family last night. They were out of tortilla chips, so we couldn't order anything with tortilla chips. I ordered the New Yorker. Lots of meat piled high, but it was cold in the middle. My oldest son ordered a Bacon Spud and said it was great. My younger son ordered the... More
