A very good and creative menu, with very friendly and attentive service, situated in an interesting modern/industrial setting at the Factory.

We love to visit Saffire. It has an elevated menu, but isn't pretentious. The staff is very attentive. Joe is our favorite server and has waited on us for many years. They used to have a Prime Rib with sauce that was the BEST I've ever had and my friends & I always looked forward to. Sadly, they took it... More

This past weekend we enjoyed a wonderful evening at Saffire. Our meals were delicious (baby back ribs and fish tacos), and the service first rate! It's a very nice setting with live music and a good drink menu. Our wives especially enjoyed the Saffire martinis! The menu has a great selection of fine dishes to satisfy any diner, including seasonal... More

I had the pork chop and it was a bit dry and overcooked. We all also ran out of water and had to ask for a refill a few times, so the service could have been better. Unique location in an old stove factory. Loved. The decor. Had the chair beer, which was locally brewed and loved it. It was... More

We were told upon arriving that it would be 2 hours before they would have a table since we didn't have a reservation. We elected to sit at the bar. There were quite a few empty tables and still were when we left about 2 hours later? I really wanted some oysters, so I ordered 3, which were quite expensive... More

Y'all, stop what you're doing, drop your kids off at the sitter's, and get yourselves to Saffire for a scrumptious dinner date! It's a little pricey, but it's he best place to celebrate special occasions! The service is always fabulous and the food is fantastic. Our current favorites are their peach-glazed pork chop and chicken-fried chicken on white cheddar Mac... More

The atmosphere is super neat in the factory. Cool copper bar and fun bartender. Creative cocktails. The Lion in Winter is a must try beverage. All of the food is delicious. The burger and shrimp were our top favorite.

Our new Franklin favorite. Food was outstanding. My husband said the gumbo was the best he EVER had. My fish was cooked perfectly and even though there was a bit too much 'lentil broth" making the fish a bit more "wet" than my taste, I'm truly splitting hairs on that comment, because I would have the dish again. My husband's... More

I was disheartened to have an extended stay in the Franklin area, only to find big-name chains everywhere within a 5 mile radius of my hotel. Bummer! I was very pleased to discover the Factory of Franklin during my last day - and finding Saffire in the middle of the afternoon was a great treat. I did a quick search... More

We went to Saffire this past Saturday night and had a pleasant experience. It has a nice atmosphere, very good service and the food good. My husband ordered the gumbo and I had the Caesar salad that had molasses drizzled on it- thought that would be much better than it actually was- not bad, just different. For entrees- my husband got...
