My daughter wanted me to try this Italian place and I was pleasantly surprised. Step into another world as this doesn't look like your typical Italian restaurant. First, we had the cheese bread at $6.00, which was buttered and herbed covered in a generous amount of cheese, the bread was perfectly toasted and each bite was warm and cheesy. Next... More

Very profesional and friendly stuff. Amazing food and good wine pairng. Big portions. Average check for one was aprox. 28€, inuding starter, second dish and glass of wine. Food was bit more expencive than elsewhere, but totally worth it. Excellent cream of Lobster, mussels are huge. Pasta with Tuna was delightful, lasagna was big and very tasty. I suggest mussels... This is the best pizza in town. I have friends who come all the way from Mt. Juliet to eat here. When we lived in Cookeville, this was our once a week treat.

I have been several times the food is bland and just not impressed. I went tonight cause my son wanted to. We paid 2.50 a drink and when asked for to go they told me I had to pay an additional dollar. I called the manager and he was rude and condescending, then hung up on me. I WILL NEVER... More

Stromboli and pizza are huge. Ordered the combo of Baked Ziti, Lasagna and Manicotti ($11) which was served with garlic bread. Come hungry or do as most and take some home. Stromboli ($11) is ordered with up to 3 ingredients and is more than a meal. I saw a few pizzas come out and they were 18 to 20" diameter.... More

Not really an Italian restaurant. Just another cheap pizza joint. Not impressed at all. Waitress was nice though. App wants me to say more but I have nothing else to say.

I started with a delicious antipasto salad, every ingredient was fresh and top quality. I had the sausage and meatball casserole. Fantastic sausage, great giant meatballs and ziti. I couldn't even come close to finishing the big portion. Great place Mama Rosa, I will be back.

Service slow and no one in our party ordered pizza which understandably takes awhile. Food was marginal. Overdone dish of pasta and soggy garlic bread. Overpriced for what you receive which was only the entree and bread. Next time just pizza which is usually quite good.
