This is not a review of their food as I would NEVER eat anything coming from this restaurant. From the moment I walked in the door the place was dirty. The floors had not just loose dirt, but we're black. Napkins, straw papers, food, on the floors and tables... EVERYWHERE. I went to the bathroom to wash up before ordering... More

We were out Christmas shopping and stopped for a fast lunch. Service was great & fast! Food was great. We enjoyed the club sandwich and spud ole - both great!

Stopped in for a light lunch while shopping. Had a combo sandwich and salad. The two were very good. Hubby had a deli sandwich which he said was very good. Wasn't sure about this place because the windows on the outside looked a little dirty, but it was clean inside.

We caledl and ordered our meal to take out. My husband ordered the New Yorker which is a pastrami sandwich which he said was excellent. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which comes with tomato and 4 cheeses. I eliminated 3 of the cheeses keeping the American cheese and added cheddar cheese. My sandwich wasn't cooked correctly with some of... More

The food was delicious but the service wasn't very good. Ate here for dinner and breakfast and it was the same both days. Our servers were good but not attentive at all. When they weren't socializing, it was great. Way overpriced for what is offered and the service that is given. However, it is very convenient.

The bad: There were at least two employees who could run the register, maybe more and yet only one was open with a line six customers deep at times. One employee switches with the other to run the register while she gets a broom and sweeps. No coordination of who is doing what. Everyone just floating around. So inefficient. Half-filled... More

Came in for lunch on our way to Pigeon Forge and as we stood waiting for everyone in front of us to order we are all choosing what we want to eat. 3 out of 4 of us actually wanted chicken in some way. We get up to the counter to place our order and the guy asks what we... More

Decided to go there with 3 other co-workers for lunch. The food was mostly good once we got it. One of the bowls of soup was only slightly warm. To be fair they were busy but not much more than I have seen in the past. This was the first time I had to bus my own table from the... More

For whatever reason, McAlister's is not a place my family and i visit very often. We have been a couple times over the years, it just never quite became a regular place for us. We visited this McAlister's last week and I believe we may have found a new favorite place to eat. Bery clean doning area, the folks behind... More
