As the title suggests, this unit as well as others live up (or down) to their reputation of being all three above at any given time, I have given them several opportunities to adjust their way of doing things, but to no avail. They won't get another chance.

We were driving through Chattanooga on our way from Virginia to Alabama and decided to pull off into the city for lunch. Parking was very difficult since it was about noon on a Friday. After riding around for 10 minutes or so, I found a small parking lot about 1 1/2 block from Panera Bread. Parking was $3 for up... More

Ate here for breakfast two days in-a-row. Egg sandwiches, pastries, bagels, oatmeal are offered. It's a good place to order exactly what you want as all items are sold separately. Pastries are fresh and delicious. Oatmeal with berries and granola is a good healthy choice. Interesting selection of cream cheeses for the bagels. On the first day, the restaurant wasn't... More

Mold and mildew caked onto the ice dispenser. I thought these were supposed to be cleaned nightly... I notified an employee, but she did nothing except thank me for telling her.

We ate here for lunch while visiting Chattanooga. The food is basic Panera options but this location stood out as being less appealing than others as there is no kiosks to order, the food orders are slow, and while the location is large, the seating options are limited to small groups. Next time, I would just wait to visit Panera... More

Panera is a chain and we have found the quality and service to be very good at everyone we have tried. The atmosphere is pleasant and usually not too loud.

I work pretty close to this location and really like to eat at Panera. But this is by far one of the worst in the chain. They are extremely slow and inconsiderate of their customers time. This morning was the tip of the iceberg for me and I will not be returning. I placed a rapid pick up order before... More

Friendly staff and pretty quick lunch! Chattanooga has a ton of local eateries, but this is a nice solid chain option.middle of the downtown area, very convenient

Went here for lunch after going to the Tennessee aquarium. Four of us in our group. Slow getting our order in. We had broccoli cheddar and turkey chilli. Soup was cold and chilli tasted old. Nothing like I've had at other pan eras. Pager didn't go off. Went up and our food was just sitting there. Said the pager must... More

I don't have bad experiences here. They do get very busy at times. I love ordering online and picking up my order when I get there (always 10 minutes until it's ready which I think is quick). My favorite item is the pick two: Frontega chicken panini with Mac and cheese and an apple.
