Our ruby falls tour guide recommended this and I'm glad he did! Food was delicious and was good portions. Even though they do not have booster seats, our little one did great and the atmosphere wasn't uncomfortable even amongst the customers. HOWEVER... our waiter was good at first but it took an exceptionally long time to get bread, our drinks... More

Bocaccia in Italian means "trap" which is much more fitting. Decorative string lights hung from the rafters does not transform a basement into an Italian restaurant. This dirty, little, sorry excuse is an offense to any Italian restaurant seeking to rise above the status of an Olive Garden. The food was just OK and the service was just OK. The... More

My fiancée took me to Boccaccia'a for my birthday last night and we had a fantastic experience. We did have reservations and were seated promptly by a friendly hostess. We had an excellent bruschetta and a very good Cesar salad for starters. Our server was pleasant and efficient. My fiancée had the best lasagna she had ever tasted and I... More

I have been here 30 times and have take alive Italians in here and had them rave about the food. This time I took 10 people in, the food came out great, hot, and delicious. By far best real Italian in Chattanooga. Good reasonably priced wine selection. Everyone loved the place. The also brought up a mixed group of appetizers... More

Food was great. Price was very affordable. Service okay. The restauranteur is very boisterous. He went from table to table stopping to socialize but his voice carries throughout the restaurant (very high ceilings). His inability to avoid "f-bombs' was a definite distraction.

Absolutely worst place to eat. Got the chicken Parmesan and the chicken was completely raw. We showed our waitress and the manager or cook didn't even come speak to us. If you do go there and happen to get this dish please check the chicken!!!

Quiet and out of the way with a strong italian atmosphere. The food was excellent. The service was very good with helpful tips on what we might like to try.

Boccaccia is, hands down, my favorite Italian restaurant in Chattanooga. I love the atmosphere. It's quiet and simple. I love the owner. He seems kind of crazy, which more me is a plus! And I love the food. My favorite dishes are the Bruschetta, any of the salads, and the pomodoro.

We read the reviews and thought we give it a try. The food display was impressive but the ambiance was not. There was only one waitress, who's husband was the chef, that wasn't able to manage all of the patrons. The salad was good, the chicken was flavorful but the pasta portion was just enough for a 6 year old.... More
