Have tried numerous times over the years to find a time when crawfish was on the menu and finally did. Great servings of crawfish with the extras. Chicken liver snack was outrageous. So much food. Always have a great meal here.

Don’t know where champy’s got the dog friendly patio rep, but it isn’t true. We were turned away. Wish we could’ve eaten here

We stopped in for dinner at Champy's this past Friday night on our drive from Nashville to Atlanta. It's in an area of Chattanooga that I really like - right on MLK - very close to other restaurants, bars, and breweries. We arrived for a...More

I am not a young man. I have eaten more bbq than fried chicken in my lifetime but not by much. This may be the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. It is cooked to order. Served piping hot it’s delicious. Seasonings are superbly crafted...More

Recommend by zoo personal. Son and I wanted to try some local food, this was perfect. Great outdoor seating for the weather. Ordered breast and wing combo. I loved the chicken, it was crispy, with a slight after bite of heat. Moist, big meaty pieces....More

Fried chicken, 40 oz beers and homemade tamales? What more do you need? Sit outside if weather permits because your clothes will soak up the grease, but that's sort of the cost of doing business when eating great fried chicken.

There I was, driving down a road in Chattanooga. All of a sudden, out of no where, this wonderful smell grabbed my nose and forced me to turn my care around to find the source of this nose grabbing smell. I located the source of...More

49 is large; best to call and ask. Arrangements might be possible at Lee Highway location. Time of your event could be a factor as well. Kitchen will definitely need advance notice as that’s A LOT of people...and chicken!!
