Locally owned, fresh ingredients, friendly staff...can't say enough about this fine establishment. Traditional breakfast fare plus specialty items. Something for the whole family. Did I mention Joan Marie's homemade cinnamon rolls? Yum!

I just do not understand what all the hype is about this awful place. It’s small, crowded, and very loud. Our waitress was a (b) itch and the place just sucked. They have terrible hours and totally did not enjoy our experience or the atmosphere...More

Could you give us more specifics? The role of a review is to help us the owner fix problems as well as to educate others. If the problem was the food, we would have remade it or not charged you. We want you to be...More

We live in area but this was our first visit. The food is very good. The staff was very friendly. Somewhat of a small seating area and it was a busy time (11am) so our order took a little above average amount of time to...More

We had an incredible breakfast here in our visit to Chattanooga. The whole wheat pancakes were amazing (and even the short stack was more than we could eat). The staff was beyond friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Totally recommend!

I hear that about outgrowing the facility. But we have selfish motives, we all live in the neighborhood and it is the size we as a family can handle. Having our eyes and hands on all aspects of the restaurant from prep to serving to...More

Attractive, hip decor & T-shirts & servers ... and the blintzes were great ... but everything else was average to bad. Average: coffee, iced tea, oatmeal (no milk). Bad: acoustics & pancakes, which were so bland and overcooked that even a knife could hardly cut...More

We all have different tastes. Our coffee is a wonderful blend, we like, from a local roaster called Mad Priest. The iced tea is brewed fresh every morning. The acoustics are hard, but the original brick walls are beautiful. I apologize the server did not...More

Family operated; friendly efficient staff; make new friends while waiting for a table; black bean burrito, Mediterranean frittata and more. All delicious. Love the friendly, folksy atmosphere.

We do not have an outside dining area. The Health Dept. requires that outside dining be fenced. We have a bench and a small table outside for folks waiting and the lone smoker.
