Went for Sunday supper. Met nice folks from Nashville. Homestyle dining - 10 to a table. Great food. Biscuits and gray, meats and lots of side vegetables. Menu changes daily. Great fried chicken. Beautiful old mansion.

We LOVE the wonderful ambiance of the mansion, the outstanding staff, and the food is superb! The "must haves" are the she crab soup and the yummy French toast. The omelettes are made to order, the prime rib is rare, and there's a whole room...More
Experienced staff who love to serve you. Great food. Fairly priced. Never busy which astounds me. Or you can take it to go and light the candles at home. Sunday brunch will leave you full all day long. And, of course, the bisque!!

These items are heavenly and I highly recommend all three....More
Had a business dinner here and everything was nice. Great hospitality. She crab soup was wonderful, salmon was perfectly cooked with a great bernaise. Was disappointed in the creme brulee. Would love to come back for lunch.
This is an outstanding restaurant in a historic, beautiful home. The setting is classic with even a sun porch for variety. The food is wonderful with some creative items so you don't get the usual chain fare. Best to make reservations ahead of time.
