Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food is delicious and fresh- perfect breakfast for a couple! We saw several families of 4 walk in and walk out- it just takes too long! 30 minutes for a simple sugar crepe. Perfectly relaxing for my husband and I; we had a Mediterranean...Omelette, 2 sweet crepes, and 2 coffees. Excellent!!More

Cute little shop, but extremely slow. We were told it would be a 25 min wait for our food. After about 40 min we checked and were told it would be another 10-15 min. Don’t come if you need a quick bite. The staff is...calm and kind but the setup is inefficient.More

This little coffee shop was near the hotel we stayed in for our trip to Nashville. We were in every morning. My husband grabbed a black coffee and I had an iced eifle tower. Yum!!!

A cozy, friendly spot. We ordered a customized omelet, spinach, onions and cheese, that came with a side salad which complimented the omelet well. We also ordered a ham and cheese crepe. It was fine but the omelet was much tastier. We had a nice...conversation with a server and would recommend this place.More

All of the food is so artsy and beautifully presented, as is the cute historic house "The Perch" is located in. Our group of 7 enjoyed everything we ordered. We pulled together some tables outside. The restaurant is small, so it is difficult to accommodate...large groups. Order and pay at the counter and they deliver the food to your table.More

The never ending search for Cozy coffeehouse with good food brought us here. On a Saturday morning the place was buzzing, we found it rather easy to pick out our coffee choices. A raspberry chocolate latte was my choice and it hit the spot and...was ready fairly quickly. My sweet wife chose the Nordic, smoked salmon crepe. I opted for the blueberry waffle and beet and goat cheese salad with chicken. An unlikely pairing but very good. My only gripe was the wait for the food, but being a busy time with such a small place and the fair warning when placing our order it was at least known. Given the quality of the food it speaks to the freshness they offer. They have a few tables outside and we took advantage of the sunny morning. The variety of crepes will certainly please the most picky eater.More

I love The Perch in Green Hills. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Mall at Green Hills. The crepes are delightful and the employees are friendly and welcoming. The intimate restaurant only has a few tables but there is outside seating, as well....If you are visiting Nashville, I highly recommend breakfast or brunch at The PerchMore

Everything my family ate and drank were amazing! I've even recommended it to others visiting as a must! Only downside was that we ate at the Brentwood location. Although the staff and food were unbelievable, it's extremely small. We ended up with our food before...we had a table to sit and eat at. Obviously disappointing since it was difficult to balance everything and our food and drinks were getting cold. I would suggest an alternate location, it's totally worth it!More

We stopped for a late breakfast-as new comers to the area we are trying to find new favorite places. We will definitely be back. You order at the counter and you can choose from sweet or savory crepes, waffles and omelettes. I went for a...sweet crepe of apples, caramel and sugar. The tartness of the apple offset the sweetness for a great combination of flavors. It was a good pick. My husband picked an omelet which was loaded with veggies and cheese and came with a fresh salad. The omelet was well prepared and delicious. He couldn’t resist ordering a blueberry waffle as well and it was so good he only shared one bite with me. If you are a crepe fan I would be sure and give this breakfast place a try.More

If you get a Nutella waffle you’ll do fine. If you get crepes you’ll feel you overpaid. Crispy bacon is not, scrambled eggs are over cooked. And if you’ve never had over cooked scrambled, you’ll recognize it when you see and taste. Not the end...of the world...More

My boyfriend and I stopped by for coffee and a bible study and later came back the same day to begin/finish the Bible study and eat. The coffee was pretty good. The space was small, but the staff was friendly. Upon our return, a male...employee welcomed us back and offered us free coffee along with the crepes we had ordered. We ate chorizo, Mexican cheese (forgot the name), and salsa verde crepes. We didn’t have to wait long and the food is made within eyeshot so that’s interesting as well. It’s not pricey considering you’re in the Green Hills area. I would recommend this place to anyone.More

Coworker and I had time before our day-long meeting and she needed coffee. I'm not a big coffee drinker, this place came highly recommended. Coffee for me was a no go, that's because I didn't know what to order. After checking the time we noticed...we had time for breakfast. I order a banana nut waffle. Oh my goodness it was Terrific! It was not too sweet and full of flavor, banana ripeness was on spot and the nuts roasted to the tee. Love this waffle my take a road trip just because!More
