Me and my boys went to CB early to beat the crowd. Food was delicious as always. Our waitress Madilyn did an excellent job. Our orders were correct, drinks were replenished when needed, and all done with a big smile. Thanks for the great service...Madilyn.More

Just recently went back to Cracker Barrel after a year of Covid. Was delighted by the service and the food. Great in every aspect.

Turkey pie full of bread. I ordered the new Turkey pie as the Chicken pie was excellent. Turkey pie should be called bread and stuffing pie. Two small pieces of turkey in the pie had to send it back. Manager was excellent, I asked for...meat loaf instead and it was in front of me in two minutes. Very good. Again, the Chicken pie was good which I had on my last visit. It has been a few years since our visit. Thought we would give it another try, and we were pleasantly surprised. Even with the mask wearing rules, we were seated quickly. They have some new items on the menu, like biscuit beignets. For breakfast fare,...ask for the regular menu with more choices. The only comment about our experience is the waitress rushing and not standing still to face us with our requests. She would walk away while we were talking to her. We see this a lot in the waitstaff field. I know they work hard, and we have a special affinity toward them, especially since their hourly wage is only $2.14 an hour( I think that is correct, or maybe it is $2.43). But they need to face the customers when talking. In any case, we always tip them in cash, for obvious reasons.More

Daughter and I walked in on Sunday morning. We went to the hostess and told her we wanted to order food to go. She DIDN'T KNOW what to do! After a couple of minutes she sent us across the front to the cashier. Waited out...turn. Told her we wanted to order. What would you like? , I don't know can I see a menu? YOU'LL have to go BACK over there. Where you came from! ! Pk. Not a Hugh deal but SHE should have quickly retreved a menu or had some available. Just saying.More

I have eaten here a few times and the food and the service are always good. The traffic sucks in this area so give yourself some time. The blueberry pancakes are the best!

Great country cooking and she loves the gift shop. Have to try the chicken and dumplings FANTASTIC. Will be back for sure and family friendly

Had a great time with our son and daughter-in-law. Food is always good at Cracker Barrel. We had a good meal and a great visit. We will visit this location again.

Our huge family ate here for brunch and even with 15 people, they handled us perfectly! Friendly and quick service made our time there very enjoyable. We also shopped in there merchandise area and found some really nice gifts!

You had one job on Thanksgiving and you failed miserably. Three weeks ago and while 35 weeks pregnant, my daughter (who lives in Summerville) found a lump under her arm. Within a week, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma. They had to induce...the baby because this cancer can be transferred to the baby. I’ve been in Summerville for several days, helping take care of my daughter and my 3 grandkids. Within the span of two weeks, my daughter found out she has a cancer that will eventually kill her, was forced to deliver her baby early (not knowing if he may also have cancer), have multiple doctor appointments with surgeons, oncologist and others. She’s had MRI’s, CT scans, biopsies, a PET scan, blood work and numerous other things going on. I decided to order her and her family’s Thanksgiving dinner from your store - $130.00 worth of food. I ordered several days in advance and paid for the meal. I needed to head back to GA to take care of a few things before coming back to SC for my daughter’s surgery. She only lives 15 minutes from you. I thought her husband could run out and pick up the food and get back home, all within half an hour. I THOUGHT I LEFT MY DAUGHTER’S FAMILY IN GOOD HANDS. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! As I was on the road back to Ga I got an exasperated call from my daughter. Her husband had been at the store trying to pick up this order for 45 minutes! Your employees were clueless, despite the fact I had supplied him with my receipt and order number. They jerked him around for over an hour, time he needed to be at home, taking care of my daughter and their newborn. During this time your employees told him to go to the back of the store, go to the front of the store, go to the back again, we can’t find your order, we found your order but it’s not paid for, oh wait ... we can’t find your order. After 45 minutes of getting the run around, my daughter texted me to let me know what was going on. I finally had to get off on an exit so as not to wreck and kill myself. I then wasted half an hour sitting on the side of the road, repeating my story to three different employees. They were all clueless and couldn’t find my order, even when given my order number!!! Why do you even give people an order number on their receipt if you can’t punch it in some computer and have the order come up? Not one employee could answer that question or explain where my order was. Each time they sent my son-in-law from one part of the store to another, he had to stand in a long line, all over again!!! A manager finally asked me what he was driving and said she would go pull him out of the line and straighten it all out. She still didn’t have my order nor could she explain where it was. She also promised to call me and let me know once it was straightened out and my son-in-law was on his way back home to my very sick daughter. The manager NEVER called. The last three weeks have been HELL for our family. Thank you and your employees for making a horrific time in our lives even WORSE! I realize you were probably very busy on Thanksgiving day but if you can’t handle serving the people inside your restaurant as well as to go orders, you don’t need to offer the service. Trust me when I say no one in our family will ever set foot in your establishment again. Thank you for ruining what could be my daughter’s last Thanksgiving!More
