We were here tonight for dinner. Special was all you can eat roast beef, mashed potatoes & green beans for $10.95. My husband had that & it was SO worth it! I had the fish & chips & they were great also. Server was also great. Highly recommend Flynn's!

This was a wonderful experience. Service was outstanding from bartender to waiter. Food was outstanding. There were 4 in our group and we all had something different and each one was outstanding. They have a large selection of Irish Whiskeys and pours a Guinness correctly. Highly recommended.

We've had dinner there twice in the past month. Both times were pleased with the food and the service. It's a keeper !

We've eaten at Flynn's a few times and really enjoyed the food, so when we visited North Myrtle Beach the week after Christmas, we were looking forward to eating there again. We stopped by one night and were told that our party of five couldn't be seated until a few hours later at 8:30, despite there being obviously open tables.... More

My family's been visiting N. Myrtle for the last couple of years and have frequented many of the local eateries. This one, however, I wanted to hold off on until colder months. I assumed they'd serve more "working man's" stick-to-your-ribs dishes. I was right. This place doesn't have a lot of frills, but what it does have is authentically good... More

You can't go wrong eating here! Great atmosphere and fabulous food ! BIG plus is it's just a short stroll to the beautiful Ocean. There is Oldie music outstand a nearby bar and also music Thursday evening on Main Street. A definite treat after you finish eating.

Several wooden tables with no coverings. Service was quite good. Menu was unexpectedly not very Irish, though there was the usual shepherd's pie, etc. Special of the day was all you could eat roast beef, mashed potatoes and green beans for $10.95. A few seafood dishes of fair flavor the most expensive being a potato encrusted grouper for $18.95. Food... More

We arrived on a crowded Sunday evening, I sat and my husband had to stand because the only extra stool was far and away. The bartender/server was fabulous. We weren't starving but wanted something fresh and authentic. I appreciated his honesty when he explained no fish was fresh, the other offerings were okay but they made it taste good. Well... More

Offered extensive menu and my favorite English Style Fish & Chips. Many popular beers available on draft. Quickly seated at 6:oo pm without reservation on a Friday night. Full house with some great local musicians playing in the bar. Parking a premium but worth the effort.

Description
Located on Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, Flynn’s Irish Tavern is a locals favorite and a must stop for annual and first time visitors to the Grand Strand. Just a short walk from the wide sandy beaches and first class accommodations of Ocean Drive, and a short ride from the many championship golf courses that populate the north strand. Flynn’s is a perfect place to enjoy a pint or two after a day on the beach or the golf links.Flynn’s is owned and operated by the Flynn Family and the authentic look and old country feel of the establishment comes from Marty’s place of birth, County Roscommon, Ireland. The tavern is housed in the former North Myrtle Beach jail, in fact, the jail cells are still here and tours are given upon request.
