Worst ever. Party of 10 with reservations!! Seated quickly at 6:30. No food by 8:30. A/C barely working, Hot as Haiti. Actually I think it may have been Haiti. Everywhere I looked I saw starving people!! AVOID at all cost. Try Brentwood!!

Great meal with group of 10. Extensive menu & delicious food. Bit pricey but good option for a special evening. Look forward to returning.

I have had many great dinners at the Parson's Table, but my recent trip was very disappointing. The first two standard menu items I ordered were not being served that evening (lobster and crab cakes). Then, the prime rib I ordered medium rare arrived cold...More

Food was very good and waiter was timely. But, very high priced menu. Great "old church" atmosphere.

I ate here after reading reviews. It is an old church repurposed into a restaurant. It has lovely stained glass windows and beautiful hardwoods. The food was prepared perfectly. The service was great. And, they have a good wine list.

Charming restaurant in a converted church. The food was excellent and all raved about their selections, which I mentioned below. The entrees were served with a mixed salad that was wonderful and made you want to lick the plate -- of a salad!! The cornbread...More

Shorts would be fine. It is formerly a church but nothing too fancy in its setting or decor, other than some really spiffy menu selections!

Usually that day will be okay. In the height of tourist season, I would suggest a day in advance.

Description
Not only can you get a juicy roast prime rib at The Parson"s Table, but you can eat it inside a church, too. The location remains very much the same structure that it was in 1885, when Little River Methodist Church was built. The cherished establishment first opened its church doors as a restaurant in the late 1970's and has been serving exquisite American steakhouse fare ever since. The restaurant's decor is positively Southern-charm antique, complete with dark wooden walls, stained glass windows and an original Tiffany glass lamp in the main dining room. An award winning wine list graces The Parson's Table as well as an outstanding fresh seafood selection.
