We were first timers and liked the food but the hipe we had heard about this place had us expecting more. Good southern bbq and sides were plentiful and at about 12 bucks not a bad price either.

It is a bit of a trek to Shealy's from Columbia, but it is well worth the ride. Although it is know for its barbeque, everything on Shealy's buffet is fantastic.

Food is great, the atmosphere is like a big family dinner. Not fancy, but everyone is friendly. It's a buffet, the servers bring your drinks and always ask for pulley bones.

I really just want the hash and rice recipe. It's been 5 years since I've had some because I moved to Texas but I've been craving some for the longest time.

The Shealy's web site has a contact us and should be able to answer any question. Since I don't and am not sure what the question was, they are probably your best resource for a good answer

This lady said the vegetables were locally grown........I am positive they are not at all........they come in on huge trucks either canned or frozen.....All the cooks do is season the veggies the southern way with Salt and lard and set them out.....please don't get the impression this is fresh food.
