Absolutely love the truffle pommes frites, mussels and brussel sprouts. We usually order several things and share. Great atmosphere, service and beautiful view of the river and the Peace Center. One of our favorite date night spots. We always enjoy our experience.

Oh my, this is a wonderful restaurant with nice views of the river while you dine. We made a reservation and asked for a window view, but on a Tues, we didn't really need to. Very nice that we could walk from our hotel. Whether...More

To begin with, ask for a table by the window. The view isn't of a fantastic skyline but rather a sweet out look of the TD Stage and the sidewalk to the suspension bridge (I guess that is depending upon which direction you are walking)....More

Four of us met at Lazy Goat before a performance at CentreStage. Waiter was terrific, food was excellent, view of the river and Peace Center 'hood superb. The noise level was pretty high, alas, a common feature of even the best restaurants. We will return,...More

Great view, food was average but we did like it - wonderful bar with very nice wait staff. We were with a large group so it was really hard to make a good opinion but loved the location down town

My hubs and I love Mediterranean food. Since we were staying in the adjacent Hampton Inn, we made reservations. The Lazy Goat is located right on the river. In fact, you can see the performance venue from there. We started with a cocktail and some...More

First of all, I’m confident that everyone else at my table had a normal amount of food. My scallop dinner consisted of 3 scallops and a pretty display of beets and puréed something else (I can’t remember). The scallops were good but the other food...More

Came on a Sunday evening which may have been the problem. Server was excellent. Paella not so much. Inedible clams and somewhat dry and overcooked overall. Sea Bass was just average with a uninspired quinoa base. No bread or rolls. The Lazy Goat is in...More

Description
The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East and a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged. The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes. Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of that and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like".
