The views from the patio are wonderful but the food makes The Lazy Goat a gem. I had just olives and mussels and don't know when I've had mussels that tasty. I'm sure everything on their menu is prepared with excellence in mind.

Excellent dessert and wine to end our culinary tour! Dessert chef was very friendly. Venue is located in Falls Park. Nice patio for outdoor dining as well.

Fantastic array of food choices, and wonderful setting. Sit inside or out, and it's comfortable, easy to hear your dinner partners and the food is beautifully served. The menu is fun, with great flavors no matter what you order. We often enjoy ordering various dishes...More

My wife and I visit The Lazy Goat several times a year, choosing often to order from the tapas menu and sharing from a couple of items. If an entree is desired, the paella is great.

Appetizers are original and delicious--fried goat cheese morsels, mussels, charcuterie and cheeses. Vegetarian dishes, fish choices, French flair.

Two of us dined here last evening. We sat on the patio overlooking the river and listening to peaceful water sounds. Service was welcoming and efficient if a bit on the leisurely side. Our waiter was friendly and helped with selections. Our food was served...More

Visited here with relatives who gave restaurant high recommendations. Ate inside but was immediately struck by the lack of friendliness and enthusiasm of the waitstaff. Waitress never smiled or showed any desire to ensure our enthusiasm. Was tipped accordingly. We ordered wine and gin and...More

Ate here for a business dinner on a trip to Greenville. The food was excellent, and our server was fantastic and very accomodating. Not the cheapest, but the food and sangria were delicious.

This place is really nice. View of river and man made water falls. Food is terrific with eclectic vibe. Service is fabulous. We loved the shrimp as well as mussels apps. NY strip, grouper and Turkish chicken were big hits with our group. Don't miss...More

This might be my new favorite restaurant in Greenville. Nice variety of tapas, well-prepared and good service. View over the canal is beautiful. There is outdoor seating which although the weather was too hot when we visited would be a prime spot to dine in...More

Yes, but you have purchase them through restaurant group Table 301. This group owns several very nice restaurants in Greenville and the Table 301 certificate will be good at all of them. We've gotten certificates from family... More

The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East and a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged. The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes. Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of that and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like".
