Best fried chicken so far! Stopped on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and standard 1 meat 2 sides for lunch. Chicken was a full quarter (half breast with wing) Crispy skin with secret crust(I asked) just like grandma cooked! Had yellow rice and butter beans with okra for sides and both were great. Waitress was friendly and... More

Husband and I on our way to Myrtle Beach for a golf convention and passed through Georgetown. Researched where the locals go for great authentic Southern food and Aunny's popped up. GREAT choice! We could have eaten two more pounds of the broccoli casserole and fried chicken, the corn bread was fantastic but don't even get me started on that... More

The food is very much home cooking. It was fantastic. If ever in Georgetown you have to check it out.

We happened in to this restaurant on a rainy evening just to get a quick bite to eat. We left feeling like we had been to Aunny's house for Sunday dinner. If you want fancy, try somewhere else, but if you want homemade southern cooking, this is the place. Try the pork chop, mashed potatoes with gravy and fried corn.... More

A lot of people kept referring me to this place for some southern/soul food and kept telling me how good it was. I had the fried chicken meal with mozzarella sticks. Our server was a nice older lady and the place itself was pretty serene. I felt the food overall was simply 'OK' and did think it cost more than... More

Aunny's is a small little hole in the wall diner with big flavor. Nothing fancy but the atmosphere was great. Gospel music was playing loud while a steady stream of locals stopped in to eat. I had the shrimp po boy which was wxcellent, and my husband had a cheeseburger. But Aunny's also offered a nice selection of hot, home... More

Be hungry before you come because Aunny piles it on. The menu is hard to believe because there are so many choices. Vegs and cornbread are so good, too. Quality is fine and service is great. Great country cooking.

We went to Aunny's for breakfast. We had shrimp and grits. We waited for a while for our food (close to an hour) But, the food was very good. I was surprised by how large the shrimp were. The waitresses were very friendly. It is a small mom and pop type of diner located in the downtown area. We would... More

Love, Love, Love, Love Aunnys! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Dining area is small and intimate. Great for family outing. The breakfast is also yummy! The only con is that they run out of that rice on Sundays a lot! Please make more pilaf!

Thank Brittany N
