We have been here before. Food and service were very good. No elevator. Long ramp to access restaurant. Off the beaten track at end of strip of land.

This restaurant is a little far from every where else in Murrells Inlet, however, it is well worth the drive. The food is delicious and the view is unforgettable. The servers are all friendly and nice. The only thing is that they are a little...More

My family and my sister's family wanted great seafood at good prices so we looked on trip advisor and found this out of the way gem. Delicious food, great prices, wonderful atmosphere, and beautiful views. Will be going again!

Inconsistent results. Three errors on our bill. Brought wrong dish out - not what we ordered, delaying dinner. Food was of variable quality across the table. Enjoyed the swordfish. Vegetables were properly cooked.

Parking required 3 passes at 6pm. Calamari appetizer was just ok. Crab cakes were amazing. The southern fries seafood platter was bland. The vegetables on both entrees were flavorless. Service was barely adequate.More

Our first trip to Gulfstream, will not be the last. My wife had the crab cakes, with she crab soup appetizer. The cakes were large and all crab and the soup was amazing. I had blackened swordfish, which was the catch of the day. Also...More

We have eaten dinner here before in the past and it was great, but last night was horrible. The appetizer was great but then it went all downhill from there. The Grouper Francaise was disgusting. It was three small nugget pieces of fish that were...More

Enjoyed dinner here last and the name Cafe is soooo misleading. When I think Cafe I imagine sandwiches, salads, a small shop with rickety chairs. This was none of that. Amazingly almost every good restaurant was closed by 8pm. Who knew a huge beach town...More

Beautiful views of the sunset over the inlet but the food was just okay and pricy. We ate here a few years ago and had an excellent experience so maybe we just ate there on an off night. Our waiter was very nice and attentive

Voted “best restaurant with a view” and “most romantic” by The Sun News; Gulfstream Cafe is the only restaurant on the Strand overlooking the ocean on one side and Murrells Inlet on the other. Watch the sun set from the upstairs bar or deck and savor the creamy She-Crab soup, jumbo lump Crab Cakes, daily catch or Southern favorites- such as fried Lobster Tail. Offering something for everyone: live music, seasonal Oyster Roasts and Sunday brunch with a build your own Bloody Mary bar. Located at the south end of Garden City next to Marlin Quay Marina.
