I spent two years in japan so when i ate the sushi, sashimi and ramen i was convinced i was back in Okinawa. I had other food from there like the tempura, and teriyaki chicken and i was impressed. Only downside is that they are always packed as their food is in high demand.

The food was great. The service was horrible. Our drinks were empty our entire meal which makes it very unpleasant if you are eating spicy sushi. Server did not pay attention to our table at all. The sushi is very good but there are other great sushi restaurants in Columbia where the service is excellent. I don't think I will... More

Always enjoy whatever we get. The sushi is fabulous. Owners are great people. I like the steamed dumplings.

Nice little Japanese restaurant with traditional decoration. Sushi rolls are always great, red and black dragon rolls and Godzilla roll are our favorite. We also had una don and katsu don! Yum!

Very good sushi I eat there weekly. But the owner, the service and the staff are not good. There is new staff almost weekly which leads me to believe its the owners fault. He has no personality and doesn't add anything to the dining experience. I do like their food which is why I keep going back.

I usually write in detail good or bad on the restaurants visited. Not this time. Inakaya on St. Andrews Rd. was bought out a few years ago and the new owners made very few changes. The many visits by our family usually have been great. Last night, our group of 8 wasted our money and it will be a long... More

As Japanese myself.. Both Inakaya restaurants are great real Japanese meals you can enjoy. My family and I usually use Inakaya Watanabe which is this location. They are always very busy and full packed of people. Sometimes services are very slow.. and some food should be hot enough but they were cold. Some food should be cold.. but they were... More

Me and my boyfriend loves Jap food, and this is one of the best restaurants we've ever been to. This is definitely a hidden gem in an old shopping center, but you'll loveeee the food. Everything is fresh and super flavorful. Dining at Inakaya is the first thing I'd do when I get a chance to visit Columbia again.
