We sort of like Chili's but this visit was not so hot. The spouse fished out two bones from the chicken tacos. No harm but unexpected. The service was good but business was slow. Too many other eating options.

Although the dining room was no-where near full, the hostess (and then another host) wanted me to be seated in the bar. No, it was way too loud for me. Then, they took about 5 minutes to determine what table to put me at - a booth that would easily sit a party of 6 or 8. I'm petite -... More

Visiting South Carolina. Stopped at Chili's. Our server was very good and very friendly, but the food was slow in coming. They were out of soup at 7:00 ?? One of my family's salad had so much salad dressing, I thought it was soup. The kid's meals were OK, not hard to go wrong with fries and grilled cheese. The... More

Family and I visited for lunch recently. No lunch specials offered on Saturday but that's my ignorance. Had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. Their corn on the cob is the best. Family had burgers and they were great to. Good experience, waitress India was superb. We will be back!
Our local Chili's seems to be going downhill a little lately, and after visiting this location in Columbia I'm left wondering if it's a corporate-wide problem. We came in for dinner on a Sunday night, after a long day on the road. Our waiter was friendly, but the service was a little slow considering the fact that the place wasn't... More

Went late for dinner. No longer 2 drinks for the price of one?!? The waitress was friendly, but didn't spend a lot of time in the dining room. I had the fajitas, which I get a lot at Chili's. She never mentioned the deal going on right now(3 for $10). The beef was so tough I couldn't chew it. Ate... More

My husband and I have been eating at Chili's for over 20 years and in many cites. This is the first time that we have had poor service and food at Chili's. We went to Chili's on 8-27-16 .Our server was Joshua. Joshua did come to our table with a smile, but he was lacking in customer service skills. He... More
Gathering the family for dinner at 7:30 p.m. to celebrate a basic training graduate. The place was packed but the service good. The noise level was high. The waiter needed to speak more loudly for us and slower. Still its a fun place.
