After a long day of sightseeing, we decided to try their bar food and we were not disappointed. A glass of prosecco and cheese plate and impeccable service.

The food was very good, I had butternut soup and my husband had crab benedict. Once we got waited on, the service was ok. Quite slow, considering how many wait staff were just standing around!

Definitely one of Charleston's Top Three restaurants, in my opinion. My top for good Lowcountry fare done right. Wonderful wine list and always the right thing to accompany a great meal. Excellent service - they always make you feel like an honored guest.

We were a party of five, a reunion of some who moved to Charleston and visitors. Everything was delightful, the food offerings, drinks and atmosphere. The vegetable plate is the chef's choice of 10 vegetables, all delicious. Highly recommend.

While we do not have customer parking, there are metered spaces along East Bay Street and a parking garage just behind us, at the corner of Cumberland and Concord Streets.

Description
Slightly North of Broad is a Lowcountry bistro that brings together an abundance of local ingredients and thoughtful, expert presentation with a friendly, contagious energy. Here the dining room is a natural extension of the kitchen, a place where culinary skill, a clever, considered wine program, warm service, and conversations meld together. Our local farmers, fishermen and producers are as integral to the food we make as they are to our place in this community.
