I'm from Texas and very picky about my Mexican food. This is some of the best I've had since I moved here. The rice was awesome and the burrito was huge. Our server Carlos was super helpful and attentive. He was very nice and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed. Multiple other staff members stopped to... More

We ended up here after searching for an alternative Mexican restaurant tonight and we were SO glad:) Simply delicious and the portions were huge. It is New Years and I didn't think it was too loud or crazy. There is two sides really though, the bar side and a smaller separate side straight in from the entrance door which is... More

The atmosphere in here was rough. It was LOUD. SO VERY LOUD! The chicken enchilada and the cheese quesadilla were fabulous. I found the rice and the re-fried beans to be lackluster and lacking taste. I didn't even eat more than a bite. The waiter was quite attentive though and kept our drinks and chip basket refilled!

Best Mexican I have had in a long, long time !! Portions are huge, fresh with great flavor !! We all loved it. It was a quick lunch on the way to the airport. Staff very friendly. I would definitely eat here frequently if ivied in town

I've been here countless times and have never been disappointed. I've shared this place with numerous friends and family members and they all agree. Best Mex!

New to the area and looking for a Mexican/Southwestern restaurant that wasn't a chain when we stumbled upon L:a Nortena. We always gauge our restaurant choice with whether they have chorizo on the menu. Not only do they have chorizo but seem to offer a lot of dishes with octopus if you are game to try. My favorite is the... More

We came here on Cinco de Mayo (sorry about the spelling). We didn't expect a lot because no one was in there. It was after the lunch rush and we were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff was awesome-great personalities and the best Carnitas I ever had. .The Margaritas also were great. What more could you ask for?

Shrimp LA Diabla was awesome. A lot of food for a good price. Corn tortillas were soggy and falling apart, but the meal was good.
