This is a very authentic Mexican restaurant with better than average food. We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken fajitas, and pollo de la pancha. Food was fresh and seasoned well. Chips are made fresh and not your average Mexican chips. Service was really good and atmosphere was family friendly. There is a store attached to the restaurant where they get... More

I went there and had an early dinner. Really not sure what I wanted to eat, I had a suggestion from the waitress. It was absolutely delicious and authentic Mexican food at affordable prices. Before leaving I browsed around the store, the meat counter was clean and the meats they had displayed looked great. Highly recommend trying this hidden gem... More

A very important requirement for a good Mexican restaurant is chips and salsa. The chips were very thick and hard and hard to eat. The salsa was bland. The ceviche was cut into pieces 1/8 inch max so there was only one flavor. I like whole shrimps that taste like shrimp, whole small scallops with their flavor, and whole squid... More

Tienda and authentic restaurant with fast, friendly service. A true jewel in Cayce. Carne Asada tacos (with all the traditional garnishes), guacamole, and tortas have all been excellent. Will definitely be going back.

The dining area was a simply a section set apart from a Hispanic grocery. If you come just for the food, this is OK for a lunch stop. I wouldn't bring a date or a client though. The menu offered items typical of an authentic Mexican diner; there were no upscale food items. The service was very good. Our waitress... More

Okay folks, the food was great. I ordered the trio fajita. Wow! Also, homemade tortilla chips and salsa...not the kind you get in typical "Mexican Restaurants". The service was very, very fast. Lots of locals stopped in for take away and for eat in...and I love to eat where the locals eat. I will say, if/when I am nearby, I... More

Fantastic authentic Mexican food restaurant we found when driving through Columbia, SC on our way home from vacation. Everything looked great on the menu and it was all freshly prepared. We got the chicken and steak fajitas and they were excellent. It's a small local place right off the interstate at the airport exit. Service was great too. Try it,... More
