Having moved to FL 12 years ago, I always look forward to a trip to Duffy's! Consistently good RI grub since I can remember. Local seafood, local crowd and great service!

Food was hot, tasty and perfect for a very late lunch --and served up quick to hungry travelers (great when you are trying to meet a schedule). You'll find pub food, seafood, and salads on the menu. The corn chowder was oh-so-good. The bar is a prominent feature of this establishment; it's clearly a well-loved local watering hole. It wasn't... More
WORST DINING EXPERINCE OF MY LIFE!!! (Avid travelers) disgusting glasses, not enough menus for 10 people in an empty restaurant, 2 out of 10 people in our party did not even get served food (explanation was they just didn't make it), no apology, manager Robin came in drunk while smoking and drinking on the patio and yelling at us. They... More
We were disappointed because they had run out of the larger lobsters, but 2 smaller did the job. We have an order of Calamari to start and it was enough for the 6 of us, and light and crispy. The fish and chips were excellent, as well as, the RI Clear Chowder and Clam Cakes,
Have been to Duffy's whenever we visit RI. Our last visit was no different. Great food, good selection and really good service. Menu has a little bit to offer anyone. I craved clam cakes and was not disappointed. Clam Chowder was okay. Our waitress was amazing considering I have a large family and we were all there. Prices were very... More
My husband and I went to dinner around 5:45 on a Saturday night. There were customers in the restaurant, but there were plenty of seats. The hostess sat us down, as soon as, we arrived, but didn't give us menus as we sat down, which I thought was odd. A waitress walked by and we asked for menus. She walked... More
Part of the family arrived for our wedding early last week from Seattle. My grandson was craving lobster, he is 11, and loves his seafood. There were 8 of us. Had a great time, ordered the lobster special and we were not disappointed. Everything was great. Service was excellent. Restaurant was small and quaint. A good time was had by... More
We each had stuffies and baked scallops. The stuffies were really good, but the scallops were okay. Not much seasoning on them so they didn't have enough taste. The service was really good and the people were very friendly. We will try this place again, but we will order burgers.
Go for the stuffed Quahogs stay for the Cod, we started with 2 stuffy's for starters - perfect filing , celery , clam , linguica onion etc. Then came the Cod and Chips, natural cut chips fried very well, and an exceptionally crunchy batter on a nice thick piece of Cod. i cracked most of the batter off, it was... Went for late lunch Sunday afternoon. First time here. Large bar that was very busy. Couldn't really see into the dining area very well so couldn't tell if it was also full. No host/hostess to greet us. No sign saying to wait to be seated or seat ourselves so we waited. And waited. The female bartender looked at us but... More
