Flew into Providence for a convention, drove to Georges and had the best steamed clams with a order of fried whole belly clams. Just can't get enough of their fresh sea food.

My husband and I came in on Saturday and shared a few apps for lunch. The Portuguese clams were delicious as well as the sauteed calamari. Our waitress Erica gave us great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon!

The Apple wood Bacon Mussels are the best appetizer that I ever had. Dottie gave as soft, warm rolls to sop up the cream sauce and bacon which is good because I was tempted to lick the shells.

Why were we told there was an hour wait to dine in the main dining areas when there were plenty of empty tables? Instead, we got forced to eat upstairs in the noisiest space imaginable with just a ten minute wait. It was the worst dining experience of my life!
