Last reviewed this restaurant many years ago. Have continued to patronize Kuo's all these years and have always had a great meal. Usually we do Chinese and usually we do take out. Their General Tso, Shrimp with ginger and tomato and Squid are outstanding. In the past two weeks I had the opportunity to visit the Japanese restaurant upstairs twice.... More

Hands down, the best japanese and chinese cuisine in the area. First floor Chinese, second floor Sushi Bar and Japanese atmosphere. Great venue for private parties too!

After my meal at this beautiful Chinese palace, I felt I had died and gone to heaven. The cocktails were smooth and yummy. The hot and sour soup, so flavorful. Spring roll - well apparently it's award winning and I agree. Then the main course - filet mignon with maitake mushrooms. Yes, I was the greedy one who ate every... More

I do agree with other reviewers that the food has gone down in quality, but the price is really very good for what you get, especially at lunch. The soups were both good. I was disappointed in my entree. It was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. The waiter said it was "mildly" spicy. Well, I'm from Louisiana and... More

We eat here several times per year and although there is usually a wait on Christmas Eve (even with reservations), the food has always been outstanding- not so on our last visit. We went in October 2016 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The Peking Duck was disappointing; not as tender nor as nicely flavored, as usual. My husband ordered his... More

We went in for the lunch special, advertised at $9.95 on a sign outside the restaurant. Parking, as it is for any restaurant in the area, is sparse. It's on street, paid for at a kiosk. The special included a choice of won ton or hot and sour soup, a choice of three entrees, and green tea ice cream. Neither... More

Outstanding dinner! A dish of peanuts and a dish of pickled cucumbers and red peppers were served as soon as we sat at our table. Appetizers ordered were Pork Soup Dumplings, Spring Rolls, (the best ever) and spare ribs. All were delicious! We ordered two soups , each for two. House special Wonton and Seafood Hot & Sour. Both as... More

My family and I recently went to Margaret Kuo's in Wayne for dinner on Labor Day. It was the first time at this restaurant. We normally go to their restaurant in Media. The restaurant is split into two floors. The Japanese portion of the restaurant is on one floor while the Chinese is on another. I had Szechuan dumplings as... More

Ate dinner last night with a friend. First they give you a dish of peanuts and one with pickles. We had soup, Shanghai roll, lobster roll, a shrimp dish and a fruity rice dessert. The food came out timely, hot and delicious. Love that they offer brown rice. Service including water refills was excellent. The fruity rice dessert was warm... More

After grandparents day at a local school, and after reading good reviews on Trip advisor, my grandson chose this nearby location for lunch. We searched for 15 minutes for parking with no success so my grandson went inside to see if valet parking was available. "No, not for lunch but just park across the street." The owner(?) said parking in... More
