This is an improving place. They always have a good variety of craft beers and their food is consistent and pretty good. What they do well is their beer dinners and their beer tastings. These always have well paired beers and lots of good conversation. The building is "old" - but it's historic! Outside patio is nice in the spring... More

You can't beat this place for great food and drink. It's a little rough, but once you get over the lack of ambiance, it really is a great place to go for dinner and drinks. The bartender makes a great martini and they always have great beer on tap.

My sister and I checked this place out before a concert at the Sellersville Theatre. They have a great collection of craft beers and when I couldn't decide on what I wanted, the bartender suggested I do a flight of beers. Great idea! It was a good way to try different brews to find out what I liked. I had... More

The food is not bad, but the restaurant is dark and slightly dingy. If you are sitting outside, you will be occasionally hit with sewage stench because the toilet plumbing runs right under your feet in the outside seating area. One time sewage broke through and seeped right as we were eating. It was absolutely disgusting. The restaurant owner opposes... More

8 of us came for a Fri night in May. Outdoor seating and great beer selection was our thought. Encountered terrible rude service. Waitress came up, asked if we wanted to order and I guess the 3 second delay to start ordering wasn't quick enough. Rudely she stated clearly you are not and turned and walked away. Music was far... I ate at the White Horse many times about 40 years ago when I lived nearby. I now live a bit farther away but recently returned to what is now called the Horse Tavern. It still looks almost exactly the same, and the food is similar, too, even under different ownership. I plan to return more often, as the food... More

Five if us came for dinner and the food was very good. Service was poor and we waited a long time just to get our salads. When presented with the check, the prices were not what was on the menus. We did get the waitress to deduct the 6.50 she overcharged us, but she insisted we had old menus and... More

The new outdoor patio is great although the patio umbrellas could use solid bases to keep them straight. A few potted plants/hanging baskets would help a lot since the view of the 'nasty' back of the building, old A/C unit, is less than inviting. Service and bar food (have not had full entree there) are spotty...been there a dozen times...and... More
