Emmas is organic, local, and delicious. The Penne Pipeline is my go-to: wild-caught Alaska salmon and a creamy penne. Fresh salads and fresh-made dressings, and local meats (yes, the wild salmon is caught by local PA folks who fish in the summers in AK) from...More

We stopped here on a road trip. Looking for something healthy and flavorful. Emma's did not disappoint. My wife had the falafel kabob and I had a salmon sandwich. It was accompanied by an amazingly fresh salad. We cleaned our plates and will be back...More

We enjoyed better-than-expected falafel here. There was only one server, but it was a holiday weekend.

On a recent road trip between Virginia and New York, we stopped in Selingsgrove overnight. What a delight to find a casual restaurant with fresh, local, handmade food within walking distance from our hotel. Our children enjoyed pizza while my husband and I were able...More

It was a super cure little place and the food was great. We're kind of shocked to have found a restaurant that was not a junk food place in the area. Very nice experience.

Wide variety of menu items. Food for vegetarian, carnivores, gluten free, etc. We had great food and the server, Jeremy was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great menu with tantalizing flavors. I Had the great Greek pizza which was a little like a Greek salad on a baked falafel bread. Terrific! One of our family has a gluten sensitivity and it was quickly accommodated. The lentil-walnut veggie burger was unique. All...More

Wow, best restaurant ever. I am serious. Emma's is what I look for whenever I look for a restaurant. Never found it until I walked in the door at Emma's. I usually struggle to find something I want from a restaurant menu. At Emma's I...More

Description
Here at Emma's, we strive to serve only the freshest food made from local ingredients. We take pride in the quality of the food we serve to you. Our beef products come from grass-fed cattle, our pork products are from pasture-raised pigs and nitrate-free, and our poultry and eggs are free-range whenever possible. We buy organic ingredients whenever they are available to us, and many of our local providers are committed to natural, sustainable practices even if they cannot afford the certified organic stamp. We support local ingredients because we hope to serve our community in a sustainable manner. Eating local food also connects us to our community and helps us eat seasonally, the way nature intended. As time passes, we will not only buy locally, we will also obtain more and more of our products from Sunnyside Farm, the farm run by Emma's. This farm, which provides our restaurant with beef, pork, chicken, eggs, produce, and more, is run in a seasonable, sustainable, humane manner. This direct farm-to-restaurant connection provides you with food fresher and more delicious than you can find anywhere else.
