We stopped here for the first time after many years of going to Lancaster and were sure glad we did. It is now my favorite stop. Small local place with great food and great prices.

Food is wonderful. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. A must to eat at if in the area. Deserts are scrumptious.

Service was polite and friendly. My meal was good -roast beef over mac & cheese and stewed tomatoes. However, I wonder if the mac and cheese was frozen, because there was too much liquid on the bottom of the plate. My dad loved his soup....More

We usually come here for lunch when we visit Lancaster. This time we tried the dinner food. It was bland and my dish had so much water in it from the noodles I couldn't finish it. They are so busy and seemed rushed to get...More

Great atmospere! Very friendly waitresses! The menu is extensive. Meatloaf is delicious! My daughter said the kid's grilled cheese was the best one she has had. Country Ham platter is a big portion. Butter noodles is a must try! Stay for dessert!

We were in town for the Sight and Sounds Theater, and hoped for a good breakfast the next morning. Nailed it. Vegetarian Omelet:Great Meat Lovers Omlet: Great Pancakes: Outstanding. Be warned, it's a lot of food. Delicious!

As others have said, breakfast ends at 11. We arrived at 10:45 and were cheerfully given breakfast menus. We could tell, however, that they were already transitioning over to lunch service. We are not early risers on... More

No there are no reservations. It's like a diner car, so you might have to wait a little bit. Not long, if any.
