But could be better. My wife's portion of fish and chips was huge. And overall was very good though the French fries were a bit soft. I had the crab cakes but found them needing a bit more seasoning, they just did not have the...More

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Centralia, PA but stayed in Pottsville for the night. A block away was the Wooden Keg Tavern and since we both love wings and beer we decided to give it a try. It was a Sunday night...More

The bar/restaurant definitely had character. It is Irish themed but only a few Irish options. We found opportunities with overall cleanliness. The bathrooms were out of soap, not very clean and smelled. The food was average, portions were big and the service was mediocre. Staff...More

Never had a bad meal here yet! I mostly order wings and/or the surf & turf special. Parking's tough, but worth a stop.

We had dinner here the night before and event we were attending, the Yuengling Lager Jogger 5K run. There are 3500 runners that come to town for this, so we were very surprised that many of the things we asked for, they were out of....More

Just can't say anything good about this place. Simple was expensive!! Why? Parking can get tricky if it's a good day, i know no one person ever, local or otherwise to say anything good about this place

The service in this bar was excellent. We absolutely loved our waitress who was extremely attentive and funny. Food and drinks were good. We had the quesadillas, chicken wings, and the onion rings. All were delightful (especially the garlic parm wings!!!)

Nothing to look at from the outside but decent Irish Pub feel on the inside. A bit dark if you are sitting in the back. Cheesesteak and Hot Ham and Cheese were very good and filling. A good place for lunch after taking the tour...More

The food is good, it's more like a bar, though. So, if you're looking for some place for more of a bridal lunch, I would say no.
