I frequent this establishment with my musical friends after rehearsals from time to time and a good time is had by all. Appetizers are varied, the drinks are good and average price for a downtown establishment. It's best attribute is it's location near the downtown venues and it's many nooks and crannies including a rooftop area for better weather dining.... More

My daughter and I went for dinner prior to going to a Symphony performance. Our meal was not very good. We started with poutine , it was horrible, they actually left off the gravy in error . We also had a chicken sandwich that was not much better , very thick chicken on a charred bun. Overall not impressed. Paid... More

Great place to go with friends and couples. Endless selection of martinis. If you like drinks on the sweeter side order the Smores martini and/or Cake Batter martini. Wife loved 'em both. Live entertainment was good. Staff was friendly and attentive

The service is great, happy hour till 7 and you can make a reservation. Great salads and sandwiches. The wraps are a favorite and the steak salad is good. It is our "go to" place before a play in the cultural district.

Small, efficient family owned restaurant, specicializing in martini, beer and food. Good place to go before theater. Hamburger was above average. Good chicken wrap. They were completely booked as usual before theatre, we were 50 minutes late due to snow and heavy traffic; however, they held our reservation.

Tasty food. Used a Groupon and enjoyed food, drinks and waiter! It was walking distance of our hotel. Most convenient and enjoyable.

Made several visits to Oliver or Twist on regular nights and following events in the Cultural District. Very nice layout upstairs, with comfortable couches and nice stand-up bar seating. Drinks are pricey, but high-quality and served fairly quickly. Food is above average, but nothing standout. Worth a stop for sure for a pre-show drink or a night cap while waiting... More

The buffalo chicken dip and fresh, hot pita chips for an appetizer was great and though we had 7 people sharing, we didn't finish it all! I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup with a side salad for $10. It was delicious and what a value. Atmosphere is cozy. Service was very good.

We were able to get in and get a table even though they were booked for some parties and it was getting quite busy. Service is pretty great for how busy it gets. The food we ordered was all very good - especially the dessert. I believe we were told it is from a local bakery down the street and... More
