Very interesting little place, definitely want to try again. Lots of selections. Price is right. Chocolate pretty darn good as well. Staff friendly.

I have never heard of The Milkshake Factory before walking past it. I stopped in and order a hot chocolate and two chocolate covered Oreos. The hot chocolate was made WAY too HOT and by the time it was cool enough to drink it tasted like warm milkshake. I would rather get my hot chocolate from Sheetz (not the powered... More

It's true. It can be hard to find shops that take lactose sensitivities seriously - but this crew did! On both visits the staff was accommodating and friendly - didn't matter if it was jam packed or a slow night. It was great, I got to torture my husban all the way back to the hotel by singing, "My milkshake... More

These were some amazing milkshakes! We took our whole family in and had an amazing experience. The prices are more than other places but that is made up for in quality! The only thing I would change is to have smaller shakes for the kids, our kids couldn't finish the whole shake.

We went to the Milkshake Factory located in the downtown area of Pittsburgh a couple of times during our stay, as they were that good, we had to go back. We sampled the milkshakes, the sundaes & the hot chocolate, and they were all amazing. I actually don't think anything on their menu would not be good. If you like... More

Given the name, we expected excellent milkshakes and we were not disappointed. Definitely worth a visit

Stopped in for a Christmas Eve milkshake. The chocolate peanut butter shake is just about heaven. We didn't get any candy, but the different flavored barks, truffles and chocolate covered bacon all looked amazing.

Went here after eating at Japanese steakhouse right up the street. Kids got Milkshakes and loved them and some of the adults got ice cream. Everyone was thrilled.

Feel the need for something sweet? Head onto The Milkshake Factory! They serve not only milkshakes, but an array of sweet treats! Only draw back was not enough place to sit for our party of 12! So mainly standing area.

I've been going since college, and it hasn't changed a bit. Milkshakes are cheap and delicious, plus there's lots of variety and seasonal flavors. Choose when you go wisely though, because sometimes there's lengthy lines and very limited seating/tables. Also, if you get a regular shake be sure to ask for whip cream or else you won't get any.
