The food is always good at the Front street Station, too bad you can't say the same for the service. It doesn't matter the time of day, day of the week, etc... the service is usually sub par. So, if you want good service find another restraurant. If you're ok with ehh service, but good food, this is the place... More

The Front Street Station is a very nice place to eat. The food is very well prepared and they have a great selection. And we just found out while they are in season they offer oysters at $1.00 a piece and they taste great. The over experience was very nice except for the slow service. We waited almost an hour... over rated, food is average & it's obvious the staff is doing their best with what they have. - just adjacent to the city's sewer plant with their back yard being the former city dump.

I like to support privately owned establishments rather than chains. We hadn't been here in a long time, so we thought we'd give it a go. All of the food was mediocre to poor. Among the orders were calamari (way over cooked), haddock ( smelled bad and should have been returned), spaghetti (tasted like Chef from a can), shrimp Fra... More

For was ok. It used to be so much better. Don't know if they changed cooks or what happened to food quality. Biggest complaint is the live music. It was supposed to be from 7-10pm. They started at 6pm. We got there 6:30pm. Music was Obnoxiously loud. We complained to owner of restaurant and he acknowledged the problem and admitted... More

This is a great lunch stop if you’re traveling through the area and want an alternative to fast food. It’s a local favorite. The building is a historic 1910 Pennsylvania Railroad passenger station, from the heyday of the PRR when trains were carrying coal and iron ore through here. This year we liked the delicious pulled-pork sliders and caesar salad.... More

We visited on a Sunday and the restaurant seemed fairly busy. We had an efficient waitress. I had one of their specials and the food reminded me of the food you would find in a Denny's or Perkins, edible but not great. My friends had crab cakes and a salad and they said they were good. I probably would not... More

We have eaten at Front Street Station many times but our most recent visit was very disappointing. My wife and I along with our adult son went to dinner. Things started badly with the hostess telling us she only had two menus for the three of us. She told us she would find another menu but she never did. Two... More
