There is bad diners, with bad food, bad service, and there is this diner. I have first time in my life microwaved french onion sup with cheddar, undone warm fries, medium rare as very very "well done" burger , extra hot sup been served together with slightly warm burger. I do not know is there any other places worth it... More

Stopped for dinner on a rainy evening. The special menu offered soup/salad, entree and dessert for $12.99. It was a soup sort of night so I ordered the chicken lemon rice soup and my husband ordered the cream turkey soup and they both were excellent. The roasted lamb was the entree we chose. The entrees and desserts were also very... More

We stopped at the diner on the way home from a trip to NYC. My friend knew about the diner because he had grown up in the area. Our server was friendly and helpful. She gave us the standard menu and a list of the daily specials. My friend chose the roast pork special and I chose the hot turkey... More

We are locals and wanted to get a steak dinner without traveling out of town. We went to the Mt Bethel diner and it was the best steak dinner that my husband and I enjoyed. This was the second time here and the delmonico steak still the best without having to go out of town and the price was good.... More

Picked this diner at random while looking for some place to eat. What a pleasant surprise. Friendly, casual, "sit wherever you want" kind of place. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Was in town for a few days by myself. Waitress was really sweet and the service was quick. Had eggs and toast, nothing too extravagant but good.

Decided to try this diner on the way back form the Poconos and made the mistake of assuming if all the locals ate there it must be good! The seafood combo plate was greasy with the scallops overdone as well as the Cod! The French fries were slightly undercooked and the lemonade was typically diluted! The men's room was not... More
