I am not impressed with the Boathouse. I used to enjoy dinner and a drink here but not any longer needs cleaning. Food is less than impressive, I'd pass on this place until changes are made.

Food was pretty good. You can tell that it's homemade generally, not out of a freezer. Fried clam strips were big and meaty. Atmosphere and service were adequate. Not a special place, but worth stopping for

Atmosphere was COLD, in terms of decor and temperature. Service was lousy to say the least and although not expensive, the food was lack luster - not even worth the little they bother to charge. This place is strictly a hangout for creepy local old men.

Absolutely love everything about this place! Food is always delicious, waitstaff friendly and efficient. Drinks are amazingly well made! Had a bridal shower here for my daughter and they did an awesome job. Go every chance I get.

Food is yummy, our waitress Flo was cheerful and attentive, and our meal was reasonably priced. Wide variety of craft beers, draft beer, and hard cider (gluten free) on tap. Retro decor, comfortable booth seating, with wide screen TVs for sports. Crab bisque soup, and grilled parmesan chicken sandwiches are perfect for the colder weather.

We stopped in to catch the Eagles game when our cable was out on a Sunday afternoon. This is our go to spot in the winter for a local convenient spot. Usually sit at the bar Jason is excellent and gives great service and a pleasure. They won't give out the secret recipe but the Chili is fab. Never ate... More

I grew up going to this place, and just about every time i go home for a visit, we end up at the Boat House. It hasn't changed a bit. The food is very good. the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich is fantastic! Snapper soup, Shrimp Salad, all very good.

Yes, you read that right. They have a funnel cake dessert, but as fries and not the whole messy funnel cake. They are delicious!!! Go for the standard hot roast beef sandwich but make room for a beer and funnel cake fries.

Three friends and I enjoyed excellent meals here recently. This is a local place that has been there forever and the food was better than ever. I had pierogies topped with shrimp and spinach in a butter sauce. It was great. The place has a nice atmosphere, too.

Campbell's Boathouse on North Providence Rd., Media, PA is like a shore vacation without traveling the 60 miles to Atlantic City. Someone has said this place was overpriced - I do not agree. All the food is delicious and not all of it is breaded. We took an afternoon in the most recent hot weather on a Sunday and ordered... More
