We visited on a Saturday afternoon, only to be sorely disappointed. Right when we first walked in, we noticed the floor was filthy! Tables from prior patrons had not been cleared away. (The place was nearly empty so there's no excuse.) The ladies' room was...atrocious- so much so that someone who had just been seated returned to her table after visiting the restroom and walked out. (Our server found this amusing.) The food and drinks were mediocre at best. We dined at this location numerous times in the past and had enjoyed it, but things have gone WAY downhill! (I sent an email directly to Bonefish about the terrible experience, but did not receive a response.)More

Terrible service marginal food Figured we’d give Bonefish Grill another try. Had been to this location a few years ago and the service was not good. However, this trip was worse. After sitting for 10 minutes, asked a staff member who had passed by a...few times if she could get our waiter/waitress ….. only to find she was our waitress. Seemed disinterested in helping us but, came back in a few minutes and took our order. Ordered the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer which took quite a while to be served. When it arrived it was warm, not hot. Also, the sauce was far too much Mayo and not enough Chile sauce. Was quite disappointing! After an eternity, our entrees were served. Wife got Shrimp Rangoon topped Salmon special. Also was warm on the outside but was still hot in the inside. Said it was just okay. I got the shrimp and scallop skewers, with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Previously frozen shrimp grossly over cooked. All was warm at best. Obvious our meals had been sitting in the back. Location was half empty so no excuse for the service and poor quality. There are numerous other dining locations in that area, I recommend someplace other than Bonefish Grill. We won’t be back!!More

I gave this a four because the food at Bonefish Grill is really good. But this location in Oxford Valley is not as good as others we’ve been to. The temperature in the restaurant is still too cold as it has been for the last...five years. Our server was clueless when I asked her about the house wine and the special for happy hour. She had no idea what I was talking about. Then she had to go and check. I already knew there was a happy hour special because the host told me when I entered the restaurant and we asked him. Every waiter and waitress should know about the specials, including prices! They should not have to go check with someone what the specials are. If there was a wine on special they need to know the wine and how much it cost. It’s their job!!! It’s not a hobby. I have been going to Bonefish Grill for too many years to count. Other than in the middle of Covid there has always been a white wine bonefish Grill happy hour special. That she didn’t know that is ridiculous. Bonefish Grill in Ft. Lauderdale, FL serves tap water in a large bottle and leaves it on the table. I’m a big water drinker. So when we got to Pennsylvania I asked could they just leave a large bottle on the table. She was so clueless that she said we don’t sell water by the large bottle. I said I meant tapwater. Again, no clue. Then “we don’t do that”. Funny but last summer you did that. I was so frustrated. Their food is good. This location is not as good as others because the food doesn’t come out really hot, but it’s still good food for a reasonable price. Not sure if I can get my husband to return to this location. There are too many good restaurants to go to that serve hot food and don’t have mediocre service. We travel and eat out quite frequently. We are looking for restaurants that have both good food and good service.More

My sister and I visited for dinner on a Sunday night. Why they seat 2 adults beside a table full of children I will never understand. Noisy! Ordered pot stickers sent them back for being barely luke warm. I ordered crab cake and filet. The...filet was barely warm, the crab a little warmer. Our waitress was very busy and did not clear out dirty dishes but took our dessert order. When the guy brought it I had to tell him to clear the table. I was not impressed by either the food temps or the service. Will not return.More

We decided to try Bonefish Grill for lunch and we were pleased! The quality of the food is really good considering this is a chain restaurant and the service was also prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice; this is a good date-night spot....I would return.More

This is the first time I ordered food (To go) at this restaurant. Food taste was good but price is too high. Price paid for Bang Bang Shrimp is ok (special pricing for Wednesday) but the additional 30 dollarsI paid for 4 small slices (2...main dish) of chicken was too much. A whole chicken at Costco or samsclub costs 5 dollars. Even though the shop comparison is not equivalent the price is certainly too high for the small quantity of food. To be Frank I was shocked to look at quantity of food when I opened the container. Definitely the main dishes were not worth it, for me. No issues in service. Quality of food is good.More

We go to Bonefish periodically. Most recent visit was not bad but not great either. Food came out warm but not hot and for the price probably should have had a little more to it. Service was excellent and that’s always a plus. We will...still visit here and there but it is not near the top places we frequent in this area.More

We had lunch the first time to this restaurant and had a very good meal. Great soup and even better dessert. We went back for another lunch but apparently missed the cutoff time and ended up paying dinner prices. Food was still good but paid...much more for the same food we had under the lunch menu. We will go backMore

There were many young children here, running around the dining area, so Sunday evenings may not be the day to visit if you prefer a quieter dining experience. The service was quick and friendly. The trout was not available, so I had the Fish and...Chips, which were greasier than I expected.More
