Always stop here for a bite to eat and beer when I am in the area. The food NEVER disappoints, especially the Pretzel Crusted Chicken and Truffle Fries. Beer is always good as well. Nice atmosphere and always a good crowd. Summertime is even nicer...More

Good food and great beer! Love their Strawberry Wheat in the bottle and it’s even better on tap. The brewery is in a unique setting. Service was very good and the food was also great (which is not always the case for brew-pubs!) I got...More

Ate here on a late Sunday afternoon. The eclectic, industrial atmosphere is nice. Attentive wait staff almost too quick to clear your plates. Really liked the Rueben egg roll and onion soup. Duck tacos were dry and lacked the interesting flavors possible.

Visited for lunch. Sat in the bar area for views of the TVs. Loved the hop hog IPA. Had a few apps and they were all great! .... pretzel, shrimp and bacon fries. More of a restaurant feel then brewery. Kid friendly. Would recommend.

My husband and I were touring through Lancaster County and came across this restaurant. My husband loved the beer samples! I really enjoyed the French onion soup because it was delicious and hot on a damp rainy day.

This was our first visit to Lancaster. We decided to try the brewery. It's located in an older building but very nice. They told us 1/2 hour wait at first. Then offered us seating in the bar if we were fine with it. The beer...More

I usually do not call ahead, just show up & they have always accommodated. Depending on the day of the week &'time, they do get busy. I guess it would not hurt to call ahead. Enjoy!!

Description
We cook like we brew...craftsmanship and quality in every detail. From our housemade sausage and cured meats, to locally made cheeses, fresh dough, on-site garden, hand-cut fries and signature burger grind, there's no substitute for fresh, natural ingredients. Fortunate to be located in the heart of Lancaster County, among some of the richest farmland in the world, we're committed to fresh, local and sustainably grown products. Our menu changes often to take advantage of the seasons, and to utilize the fresh produce, dairy, poultry, cheeses and meats produced on the 5,300+ independent, family farms in Lancaster County. Our obsession for brewing great beer is matched by our passion for great, natural food, so we source our produce and meats from local Lancaster County farmers and prepare virtually everything on our menus from scratch. We smoke our pork, grind our sausage and hand-cut our fries. Check Out Our Updated Menu Here as We change it Several Times throughout the year
