We have been meaning to try Maison for a while and finally did. It was nice evening. The space is small and personable, quiet, and perfect for a dinner for 2. Our server was good, nothing special, but no complaints either. The salads were outstanding,...More

We've dined at Maison several times. All were excellent experiences except the last one, but it certainly wasn't 'bad'. This time I ordered the Strip Loin Steak (either $32 or $35). For that price, I expect a 'real' cut of meat, not a substandard cut...More

Food was delicious and I was very pleased with the portion size. The ambiance was soft and romantic, perfect for a special date night. The menu is on a chalkboard, which is fine, but hangs above a table so we felt like we were invading...More

I thought the menu was disappointing, limited and heavy, especially focused on meat and sausage. There was only one choice for our friend who is a pescetarian. I had the cassoulet for the second time, hoping for a better result. The flavor was good but...More

My wife and I love going to this restaurant. The menu is always new and unique. The staff is professional and helpful - even if you mistakenly make a reservation at an unrelated Maison restaurant in Milwaukee. If you're visiting Lancaster, PA or live here...More

Husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night (with a reservation -- it is pretty tiny). He is a deviled egg fanatic and said their deviled eggs are the best he's ever had. He was literally drooling; it was kind of scary. Moving...More

Exceptional! We were a party of 5 and everyone in our party raved about the meal. The waiter asked us if we wished to choose from the menu or have the chef decide on plates to share at our table. We decided to go with...More

I love this restaurant. It is a small intimate place with about 10-tables- warm & inviting and not at all stodgy. We have been in Lancaster for two weeks (for work) are serious foodies and have pretty much eaten at every restaurant in town and...More

My boyfriend and I have eaten here a few times and absolutely love it. Very quaint location only seating about 30. He has trouble deciding what to order as the menu changes frequently and everything is so delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I am vegan, but...More

If the baby sleeps then ok. It is small and intimate and there is nowhere to take a noisy baby. Good luck!

When we have eaten here we've been a party of four with no plans afterwards. The atmosphere was relaxed. We did not feel hurried and were probably here an hour and a half or more, didn't time things. With a party of two... More
