It is a historic building with multiple dining rooms. That said, I would still suggest you make a reservation. We visited on Easter and were seated in very comfortable room with a plenty of natural light. Even on a holiday weekend, the tables were not on top of each other. The servers are pleasant and unobtrusive. The food is good... More

I admit, no planning went into this evening. I had a busy day spent with a lot of people so I was looking for just a quiet place to have a great meal. This place fit the bill to a T. It's out-of-the-way but worth the drive. A Beautiful Inn in the countryside. The dining room is quiet, quaint and... More

Service was Great. Waitress was always right there. They often have the fire places going, but be prepared to come home smelling like the fire place. Steak was awesome. Actually all the food was very good. Portions maybe a bit on the small side with prices on the steeper side. Reservations are generally a good idea, but we were able... More

Took our daughter, who is living in NYC, to dinner here on a Sat night. Food was wonderful. Wife had crab cake, my daughter had red snapper special, and I had Colorado leg of lamb, with a ragu of lamb. Food was fantastic, service is top notch, and the fireplaces and smell of wood burning are great touches for this... More

By far the finest location in the area. World class service. Parking is ok, there was no valet. The building is wonderful. Perfect in every way. Fireplaces, period style decor, clean, and warm/inviting. Wine list is excellent. Appetizer was small and ok (shrimp had a slight burnt taste to the coating)- soup was excellent. I had a steak as did... More

We had a much needed family reunion at the Kimberton Inn restaurant. The Inn is beautiful and historic. Each dining room has a fireplace and beautiful artwork. The food was delicious, the wine list extensive and the menu varied. The service was exceptional. Great place for a romantic dinner or proposal.

We held our daughter's wedding reception here and it could not have been better. The staff was wonderful, they could not have been nicer nor more attentive. Our waitress asked us what we would like to eat, we opted for the lamb chops and she asked how we like it cooked, I was shocked when the good sized chops arrived... More

First time visitors to the Kimberton. The Inn is large with multiple seating venues but each space is unique and personal. Our dining room had the view of two live wood burning fireplaces that were kept burning merrily by the staff. Menu is classic colonial-style comfort food with a good variety. All was nicely prepared and presented. Seasoned staff is... More

This is clearly a step above, but does not reach the elite. You will find an appealing country-inn atmosphere, which makes it a perfect choice when visiting Valley Forge. The table settings and wall art are tasteful and pleasant. Our server was not topnotch. She was devoid of personality; gave a cursory greeting; offered no meaningful guidance or suggestions concerning... More

I like the bar area to have a quick dinner and drink. Fun atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Jeff, the owner, is always there working hard to make sure his guests have a wonderful experience. I live in the area and love that parking is not an issue and that the food is always delicious.
