What could be better than coffee and cake or fish and chips on the lake. This is the perfect location to do just that. Sit under the shade of an umbrella and enjoy the quiet and the scenery. Its reasonably priced and just a nice place to sit.

This place has a very beautiful location right on the water and a very chilled out atmosphere. The food was OK. Paid over 40$ for two plates and a couple of beers ... asked for sauce - that's 30 cents extra. Reckon you could throw that in for free at those prices.

My rating is purely based upon one takeaway fish 'n chips lunch. Seems they know what they're doing here - what fish is on offer depends on what is the freshest catch. We had takeaway fish 'n chips a couple of times during a recent stay in Tuross, and, though it took a while longer, this place was superior with... More

My wife and I did coffee here, we are not disabled but getting up there in years. Firstly you have to negotiable a steep incline and then steps to get to the Shed. It's not a huge distance but difficult enough. There is a disabled ramp but that would be just as steep as well. After the car park incline... More

A long time favourite for us and friends when in the area. Great fish and chips, takeaway or eat at the tables on the jetty, water just feet away. Now licensed too!

Really dissapointed with quality of food, service and presentation. It was not tasty, chips overcooked and really just slopped on the plate. Had to keep asking for items they had left off our order. We were here last year around the same time and really enjoyed it, and presntation was great too. They say you eat with your eyes first,... More

We stopped in as a change from the place we were staying a bit further north. Amazing location on the water. Great fish and chips and friendly service. Very much enjoyed my flathead!

What a lovely surprise, hidden away at Tuross. Had a couple of hours to kill so when for a drive to Tuross. We're partial to fish cocktails and calamari - had both. Very nice. Great views too. Recommended.

Stumbled upon this place and wow! Such amazing scenery and the best bacon and egg roll I've ever had! We will definitely be back!

We visited the Boat shed for a Sunday outing on a very cold day! In spite of the inclement weather we were super impressed. The location is wonderful - right on the water and ACTUALLY an authentic boat shed. Rustic as you'd expect but the tables and umbrellas on the deck are comfy and out of the wind or shaded... More
