This is one of my favourite cafes to return to when I visit Byron. The most painful part is having to choose ONE dish!!but One dish you must- the portion sizes are extremely generous whether you opt for a meal or cake. It was too early for me to eat a meal so I chose the freshly squeezed watermelon ,... More

Twisted Sista is a very busy and bustling cafe in the center of the Byron Bay Shopping area and for good reason. Firstly and most importantly the coffee is really good. The sandwiches, wraps and rolls are well above average, fresh, tasty and generous in size. They are famous for the cakes and pastries and other treats one looks for... More

Breakfast was enjoyed here today. I can say dont be deterred by the prices as this is Byron after all and you should expect to pay a little more for everything. The BIG brekkie is exactly that and something that will fill even the biggest of hungers - eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, sausage, hash browns and toast, filled me until... More

Stumbled across this little gem and i'm so glad I did. I had scrambled eggs with mushrooms on toast. Possibly the best I have ever had and I would honestly go back to Byron just to have it again! Well worth a visit for breakfast if you are in town.

If you want a large meal or you have a big appetite, this is a good place for you. Not a cheap place and for us the meals were twice as big as needed. What we could eat was delicious and homemade. Good service and quite cool on a hot day.

We had lunch here last week and i loved mine but no one else did. I had a steak snadwhich which i thought was excellent, but the others had the small quiche like pots and they didnt like them. They have a great selection, I'd still go back and try it again.
