The Point is a quick 20 minute walk from Polzeath and offers a lovely view from Brea hill around to Pentire. We started off with a cocktail in the new Bear bar - friendly staff and a nice start to the evening. Then upstairs to the restaurant. Reasonably priced wine, and a limited menu. Choose the seafood chowder main course... More

The Point has great facilities with the golf course and leisure centre but the food in my opinion was just ok for the fact it is a bit pricey . I'm not saying it was awful it wasn't but nor was it excellent . The staff were pleasant enough so can't fault the service .The day we went we ate... More

Hi Kirsten, thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. Last weekend we operated with a limited menu as we were short staffed, I am very sorry if this was not explained to you. I am glad the service was good and we will take your comment with regards to meat options on board. More

Visited with a golfing group. Club facilities were good, the course was ok. The evening meal was above average for an after golf dinner

The Point is down a very long drive. Facilities include spa, pool, gym, golf club, glof course, tennis courts and accommodation. We had lunch its our second visit, it was very quiet. We had baked cod which was a bit dry and overcooked and a small portion, not great value for £15 and also a large mussells with a portion... More

Another heavenly stay at The Point. There is nowhere more perfect to spend a weekend. Fabulous apartments, delicious food and the yoga was out of this world. We can't wait to come back and are already planning our next visit. Such friendly helpful staff. Thank you.

We spent 4 nights staying in the new flats overlooking the golf course with a view of the sea. The flats are very comfortable. Fee cooked all our food and delivered it to our fridge - each dish was fantastic. Eva and Jeremy organised everything down to the last detail. The facilities of the club are incredible - we cannot... After a busy Christmas we decided to eat out after walking up to The Point with our little dog Daisy. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a delicious simple lunch all cooked to perfection and served cheerfully and .helpfully. A Perfect end to a wonderful Family time together.

We love it at The Point - we have been coming here for the last four years - for the last couple of visits we have stayed in the new apartments overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside. They are really well appointed, beautifully furnished and super cosy (heated floors, wood burner and comfortable beds). The kids love the pool and... More
