A great old building with a myriad of small rooms where you can sit and dine in cosy surroundings. Food was great with a lot of choice and beautifully prepared. Lovely staff,great selection of beers. Highly recommended.

Hadn't been for a while but oh boy it hasn't lost it's touch. Lovely greeting, great service, friendly accomodating staff nothing too much trouble. Superb food beautifully presented, compliments to the chef. Will definitely be back can highly recommend.
We had heard about this pub and it came highly recommended so we whilst we were in Cornwall we took the opportunity to pay it a visit and boy we were not disappointed! The burgers were incredible as was the pheasant pie.

Stopped here with friends who had been there before. Lovely old building inside and out. Ordered the double burger. Wow. It was so good! Everyone's food looked just as wow! Friendly staff, excellent waiter. Thoroughly recommend this pub.
